Building Delivery and Setup

Delivery and setup are included in our price for up to 75 miles from the nearest dealer. Everything is included in your price except for concrete blocks and tiedowns. Your salesperson can help figure how many blocks you will need to purchase. Our hauler can install tiedowns if you want them.

Our buildings are professionally delivered and set up by Gulf Coast Shed Haulers owner Shelby Wenger. Using state-of-the-art equipment, Shelby can easily position your building in places some other haulers can't, with minimal damage to your yard.

Shelby also does custom moves if you later need your building relocated in your yard or taken to a different location.

Building Delivery

Buildings are delivered with a truck and trailer that is capable of hauling up to a 16x52 building. However, Shelby has equipment to put wheels on one end and use his "mule", a small machine that allows him to place your building in places his truck can't go.

Building Setup

Shelby will place your blocks under your building and level it with treated wood blocks, shims and wedges. Setup price includes going up to 2 full blocks high. For higher setups, discuss with Shelby to agree upon the additional cost.

Custom Moves

Shelby also does custom moves for customers. Whether it's a moving a building that requires an escort 100 miles to a different state or a 10x12 utility shed 100' across the yard, he is licensed and insured and can handle it.

Building Anchors

Hurricane anchors are not mandatory unless required by your HOA or permitting authority. If you would like to have them installed, Shelby does sell and install them. Let him know you would like them when he calls to schedule your delivery.

Get a Quote for Custom Move

You can call Shelby for a price on moving your building. He can move it to a new location miles away or from one spot to another in your yard. Building must be built on skids to be hauled on his trailer.

Here are some things you can have ready when you call him, in order to make it easier for him to give you a price.

Building manufacturer (if you know)
Building size (12x24, for example)
Pictures of the building from different angles
Pictures of the new location
Measurement of how far apart the skids are (if 4 skids, the 2 middle ones)
Addresses of current location and proposed location (so he can figure accurate mileage)

Notice: Since Shelby uses a large commercial truck and trailer to haul buildings, the route he takes may vary from what you put into Google maps, so mileage may be different than what you figure.
