Florida Certified Buildings

This means we have engineered plans for each style of building that we build. Our buildings are designed for a 160 mph wind load, making it legal for any area in Florida, as well as Alabama.

Warranties

We use LP SmartSide siding which has a 50 year warranty. We paint our buildings with the specially formulated Haley Paint, which has a 10-year warranty. The LP tongue and groove flooring we use has a 10 year warranty and finally, we have a 5 year warranty on all the workmanship of the building.
